The flight from Antarctica takes place
We just received information that the Boeing 757 picking up us and 58 other people is ready for departure at Punta airport. So the necessary ten-hour weather window opened up, and we will likely be back in Punta Arenas the next night. At least a normal bed and internet are waiting for us there. We both are already scared of how many unread messages on different channels have accumulated during two months of connection fasting.
Here, almost a standard check-in for the flight was done. In our own (modest) style, we naturally decided to be at the head of the line, so as soon as the information arrived, we got our bags together and took the whole (pictured for the day) pile in line. A good decision because the schedule was even earlier, and in the end, we got there with very little adjustment.
